ARTIST STATMENT
Continuing in the theme of The American Spring, and the amazingly creative signs accompanying each march, I documented the March for Science in San Francisco. In 2019 I was once again blown away by the power and creativity of the signs at the huge Climate Strike march in San Francisco. The predominantly youthful energy and exuberance of the marchers expressed serious concern for the future. So prescient and timely!
